Welcome the new Avaya Certified Integration Specialist – Avaya Oceana™ Solution (ACIS-7495) certification! It is a next-generation, multi-touch customer engagement solution that delivers an integrated support for all media, such as, email, chat, and SMS.

The ACIS – 7495 credential is associated with the Avaya Oceana™ Solution Integration (7495X) exam. This test has 67 questions and 90 minutes to complete them. The passing score is 69% (46 of 67 correct).

The 7495X exam covers the following objectives:

1. Explain the architecture, features, components, capabilities, licenses and deployment requirements for Avaya Oceana™ solution and Oceana™ Workspaces.
2. Explain additional Oceana channel types: Social Media, AMC, Outbound Voice with Proactive Outreach Manager (POM).
3. Describe the function and attributes of Avaya Control Manager and Oceana Voice Channel.
4. Configure Oceana Webchat, Avaya Oceana Email, Co-Browse Channels and SMS Channels.
5. Deploy Avaya Breeze™ Snap-ins and Omnichannel Windows Server.
6. Install Engagement Designer workflows.

The Avaya Certified Integration Specialist certification requires at least two years of experience with relevant technologies but one of those years must obligatory include hands-on work with some specific Avaya product.

Candidates who want to get ACIS -7591 certification, should pass Avaya Mobility Networking Solutions Integration Exam (#7591X)

Avaya Certified Solution Specialist (ACSS-7691)

The ACSS certifications get into acceptance testing, product commissioning and registration, troubleshooting integration between products, and log analysis.

This credential certifies that the candidate has an advanced level of technical proficiency necessary to deliver installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting support for Avaya products.

Avaya Certified Solution Specialist certifications are a minimum four years of experience with two years in direct support of some particular Avaya product.

The candidate can apply knowledge and skills to:

• Demonstrate product architecture knowledge (components, features and functions).
• Install the product hardware and software.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot the implementation.
• Configure the product for hand-off to Day 2 administration.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot intermediate to advanced configurations.
• Interpret and resolve customer technical issues related to the products and components.

Avaya Mobility Networking Solutions Troubleshooting and Maintenance Exam (#7691X) is the right way to get ACSS -7691certification.

NOTE: The Avaya Proctored exams listed above are targeted to release by the middle of April 2017.

What’s in each of these packages?

Each ACIS curriculum for solution integration begins with fundamental knowledge about the products  within the solution and their administration. It is then followed by the integration of core products and architectures. The addition of more products completes the advanced architectures. Each ACSS curriculum for troubleshooting and maintenance begins with learning about the G8 methodology (industry standard Eight Disciplines of Problem Solving) as it applies to the solution. This is followed by the identification of problems within the core architectures, up to identifying multiple problems in advanced architectures. Curriculum offerings are module based and release first with Instructor Led Training Offers, followed by Virtual Campus Offerings. Using an optional blended learning approach: Web-based training, Virtual classroom, Instructor Led classes, and Boot Camps are also included. The curriculum culminates with a Solution based proctored certification exam at the end. In addition to the proctored exam, Online Tests aligned with individual courseware are also required to earn the solution certification.
