Took the exam yesterday in The Netherlands. Used the Premium dump of June 2018 (306q) and passed with 850 points.

Got two case studies & about 40 mix questions (56q in total). Only 4 new questions, sothe Premium dump is still very valid!

Took yesterday. Premium (I did not have the current with 306 Questions, but one from 2/3 weeks back with 286-ish).
Had 54 - 56 questions. Final 11 was one case study which was completely new and frankly covered some items - topics - that were not relates to areas covered in pack. There was one stand alone question that would fall into that category as well. Rephrasing of a few DNS record types in stand alone. The case study is actually poorly written (or to be more precise some of the questions are contextually vague when comparing to the case study). Now I passed and the Premium was a huge part of it. I was - to be honest - surprised I passed (as I screwed up on navigating the case study and skipped two ?s). I am curious if the new premuim addressed some of the mods. Good luck!

Here is my experience with the exam (I took yesterday)

55 Questions, two case studies

- Case Study 1 has 12 questions about ADC integration with O365 & ADFS (Completely new) and you need to read the requirements and questions carefully.

- Case Study 2 --> 3 Questions from Premium exam

- another 40 questions mixed , but 80% are from the premium exam.

So it is still valid, but to pass you need to answer few other questions from Case Study 1.

I passed with 850+ score.. Good luck!

Hi guys, took this today and bought the Premium version.
Several questions about convert-msoldomaintofederated, one about all the Skype ports, a random one about how does a user enable Activesync logging themselves using OWA.
The case study was completely new, 10 questions about AADC, password sync, password writeback (know the difference between password writeback and device writeback).
Otherwise a good general knowledge and the premium VCE should be enough.
