valid but if you use this only, you probably have 25 out of total 65 questions uncertain. i did 3 more from others. it turns out like 15 uncertain out of 65 questions.

got pass of 42x above the passing score of 300 on the exam report, tho i don't know the max score and the weighting.

Dump was accurate, some new questions. Did my best to remember:

VSAN 2 Failures to tolerate and 3 disk stripes per object uses 300GB of disk for each 100GB (it's a diagram) what can you change to save 1/3 of the storage.
Options were various configs of Number of disk stripes per object and failures to tolerate. I went with failures to tolerate = 1

Question about what role to assign when giving permissions to manage snapshots.

Question about default roles needed to give a user permissions to create/manage snapshots and add remove disks. I went with power user.

Question about admission control cluster tolerance, how many hosts could fail and how many slots were available on each host. Was basically adding up ram of VM's vs how much on each host. Again a diagram question.

I passed the VCP within the last week. The people saying the Vera dump is not valid or will not be valid soon either didn't remember the questions from this dump very well or their test had newer questions than mine. You will have to be your own judge.

Here is what was true with my test.
Between 57 and 60 questions, out of 65, came out of this dump.
1 question was brand new (About USB) and 1 question was a variant of an existing question. The variant question was about single sign on components and the answer was not the same as the original question from this dump.

Based on my experience, this dump is still very valid and is more than enough for you to pass. I may have just gotten lucky and all my questions came from the vera and 218q vce files.

Note: This goes without saying, but DO NOT MEMORIZE the answer choices (A,B,C,D,E). If you do, you are guaranteed to fail. The answer choices are the same, they are just mixed up from what is in these dumps. You must remember the actual worded answers.
